Cancer Pathways

Before introducing the major cancer pathways, it’s important to look into cancer hallmarks, which were summarised in the image below by Douglas Hanahan and Robert A. Weinberg (publication from 2022). Essentially all the listed pathways below will drive and/or contribute to one or several cancer hallmarks. In the Treatments tab of this website, treatment strategies that target these pathways/hallmarks will be discussed in more details
